Preparing lesson plans for their classes.
Monitoring their classes during downtime to help them develop a positive community for themselves and their peers.
Working with faculty, administration, and other teaching professionals in their school.

Recording grades for each of their students and developing plans to help them achieve learning and personal goals.
Communicating with parents and guardians about the needs of their students and the overall progress each student makes in their classroom.
